Job options allow you to create attributes you can assign to vehicles. Once assigned these attributes are used to restrict a Job entered that requires a specific attribute to be matched only with vehicles that match it.
Job options can be used to identify vehicles with special capabilities (e.g. a vehicle that has a ramp for a handicapped individual or a vehicle equipped with car seats, etc.) or it can be used for any number of other classifications that influence whether the driver or their vehicle is suitable for a specific ride.
To setup job options, go to settings -> job options
On this screen you can edit or disable job options, delete them, or add new job options.
To add a new job option, simply click the "Add Option" button.
This will bring up a window:
Enter a name and an alternate name. The alternate name will be used in the "add job" form as a shorter name to keep the space used to a minimum. Once these are filled in, click the "Is Active" button to ensure it is enabled so it will appear in the "Add/Edit Job" and the "Add/Edit Employee" forms.
For additional information on how to use the job options, see the articles on adding a job and adding an employee.
